 GOVERNOR DECISION

 May 7, 2025 No. 1/157 A 

 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Armenia Stock Exchange”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26 (1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 21, dated May 7, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with the documentation and deliverables, which the “Armenia Stock Exchange”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 30, 2025 and on May 6, 2025,

 We decide: 

1. Remove Garegin Gevorgyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of the “Armenia Stock Exchange” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Levon Sahakyan into the role as Member of the Board of the “Armenia Stock Exchange” Open Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
