GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “National Mortgage Company” Refinancier Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 21, dated May 7, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “National Mortgage Company” Refinancier Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 22, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Register Armen Ghazaryan into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “National Mortgage Company” Refinancier Credit Organization,
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
