Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of the “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26 (1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 21, dated May 7, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which the “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 28, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove Tigran Petrosyan from his registered role as Deputy Director General of the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
