 GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the “Sebastia” Branch Office of “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 28 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Chapter 6 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 20, dated April 30, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, dated April 15, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Register the “Sebastia” Branch Office of “Ardshinbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
