 Registering the Manager of “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 20, dated April 30, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated March 21, 2025, April 4, 2025, and April 16, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, 

We decide:         

  1. Register Vadim Zaleyev into the role as Executive Director of “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
