GOVERNOR DECISION

 April 30, 2025  No. 1/148 A

 Resuming the 30-Day Period Suspended in Connection with Registration of the Change to the Charter of “Equify AM”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 

 In view of Article 2 (3) and Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 220 (1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”;

Considering the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision No. 1/455 A, dated November 27, 2024, and the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 20, dated April 30, 2025); and  

Having examined the letters of request, dated October 11, 2024, November 12, 2024, and March 4, 2025, submitted by “Equify AM”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, 

We decide: 

  1. Resume the 30-day period suspended in connection with registration of the change to the Charter of “Equify AM” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
