 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Fast Shift” Limited Liability Company, a Payment and Settlement Organization

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 22 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”, and Paragraph 96 (1) of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 285-N, dated October 25, 2011; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 20, dated April 30, 2025); as well as the letter of request, dated April 21, 2025, which “Fast Shift” Limited Liability Company, a Payment and Settlement Organization, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove Gevorg Ananyan from his registered role as Deputy Executive Director of “Fast Shift” Limited Liability Company, a Payment and Settlement Organization.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
