 GOVERNOR DECISION

 April 30, 2025 No. 1/145 A

 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Armeconombank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Paragraph 201 (1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Field of Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 20, dated April 30, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documents and deliverables, submitted by “Armeconombank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on March 31, 2025, April 11, 2025, and April 18, 2025,

            We decide: 

1. Remove Artashes Harutyunyan from his registered role as Deputy Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of “Armeconombank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. Remove Haykuhi Misakyan from her registered role as Head of the Internal Monitoring Unit within “Armeconombank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
3. Register Vahe Ghazaryan into the roles as Deputy Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, and Member of the Executive Board of “Armeconombank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
4. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
