 Taking Record of the Changed Place of Operations of the “Davtashen” Branch Office of “Upay” Payment and Settlement Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

  In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 104 of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 285-N, dated October 25, 2011; and

Considering the letters of request, dated March 24, 2025, April 4, 2025, and April 9, 2025, along with the required documents and deliverables, which “Upay” Payment and Settlement Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, 

We decide:           

1. Take a record of the changed place of business operations of the “Davtashen” Branch Office of “Upay” PSO, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
