GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Credit Corp UCO”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9² of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;          

Considering the letters of request, dated April 17, 2025, along with the documents and deliverables, which the “Credit Corp UCO”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, 

We decide:           

1. Remove Narek Mkrtchyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Credit Corp UCO” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Credit Corp UCO” Closed Joint-Stock Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Credit Corp UCO” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
