GOVERNOR DECISION

Registering the “Rules to the Operation of the Unified Securities Accounting and Settlement System” of the “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 180 (6) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 66 of Regulation 5/02 “Registration and Licensing of the Central Depository; Procedure for Seeking Preliminary Consent for Acquiring a Qualifying Holding in the Statutory Capital of the Central Depository; Rules, Method and Terms for Submitting the Business Plan” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 14-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 19, dated April 23, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 28, 2025 and on March 18, 2025,  

 We decide: 

  1. Register the “Rules to the Operation of the Unified Securities Accounting and Settlement System” of the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
