GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Global Credit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008,     

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 19, dated April 23, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, dated April 3, 2025, along with the documents and deliverables, which the “Global Credit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

1. Remove Luiza Igraryan from her registered role as Executive Director of “Global Credit” UCO, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
