 GOVERNOR DECISION

  Removing the Managers of “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, from Registration

 

 In view of i/ Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and ii/ Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005; and iii/ the Act of Transfer with the involvement of “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company and “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company; and iv/ the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision (No. 1/128A, dated April 18, 2025) on “Registering the Termination of the Activities of “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company”; and v/ the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution (No. 60 A, dated April 18, 2025) on “Revoking the Banking Activity License No. 67 Issued to “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 18, dated April 18, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated April 14, 2025 and April 15, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, and “Ardshininvestbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, 

We decide: 

  1. Remove Artak Ananyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of Ardshininvestbank Closed Joint Stock Company.
  2. Remove Lusine Nersisyan from her registered role as Member of the Board of Ardshininvestbank Closed Joint Stock Company.
  3. Remove Arthur Gyulazyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of Ardshininvestbank Closed Joint Stock Company.
  4. Remove Davit Sargsyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of Ardshininvestbank Closed Joint Stock Company.
  5. Remove Armen Gasparyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of Ardshininvestbank Closed Joint Stock Company.
  6. Remove Aram Pinajyan from his registered role as Deputy Executive Director of, and as a person responsible for performing a risk management function within, Ardshininvestbank Closed Joint Stock Company.
  7. Remove Mkrtich Loretsyan from his registered role as Head of Internal Audit within Ardshininvestbank Closed Joint Stock Company.
  8. Remove Vahagn Nikoghosyan from his registered role as Head of Internal Monitoring Unit within Ardshininvestbank Closed Joint Stock Company.
  9. This decision to enter into force upon a proper notification to “Ardshinbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
