 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Alfasecurities”, a Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 17, dated April 16, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated February 24, 2025, March 17, 2025, March 18, 2025, March 19, 2025, and April 7, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “Alfasecurities”, a Limited Liability Company presented to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

           We decide: 

  1. Remove Hasmik Manoukyan from her registered role as Head of Internal Audit within “Alfasecurities” Limited Liability Company.
  2. Register Gayane Khachatryan into the role as Head of Internal Audit within “Alfasecurities” Limited Liability Company.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
