GOVERNOR DECISION

 Removing the “Aparan” Representative Office of “Aregak” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, from Registration

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 7 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and

Considering the letters of request, dated April 10, 2025 and April 11, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Aregak” Universal Credit Organization”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove the “Aparan” Representative Office of “Aregak” Universal Credit Organization CJSC from registration.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
