GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

  In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9² of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letters of request, dated February 26, 2025, February 27, 2025, April 8, 2025, and April 11, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

           We decide:         

1. Register Karen Rouben Hambardzumyan into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Edgar Davit Davtyan into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization CJSC or on the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization CJSC, in the prescribed manner.
