    Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Special Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9² of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letters of request, dated April 1, 2025 and April 7, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “Special Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide:         

1. Remove Arthur Ashot Petrosyan from his registered role as Executive Director of “Special Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
2. Register Mariam Levon Araqelyan into the role as Executive Director of “Special Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Special Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Special Finance” UCO L
