    Granting Consent to the Operation of the Computer Program Provided to “Shahavet Acharyan”, a Limited Liability Company, by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 113 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; and

Considering the application, dated April 3, 2025, submitted by “Shahavet Acharyan”, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Grant a consent to the operation of the computer program provided to “Shahavet Acharyan”, a Limited Liability Company (License No. 886 for foreign exchange trading; company address: H. Acharyan Str., 1st blind alley, building #4/4, area #17-18, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia), by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
  2. Instruct the Central Bank’s Information Technology Department of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Directorate to carry out the installment of the required computer program.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
