 Resuming the 10-Business-Day Period Suspended in Connection with Registration of the Rules of “Legacy Vision Capital” Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “Legacy Vision Capital”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 15, dated April 2, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with all the required documentation and deliverables, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on January 30, 2025 and March 25, 2025 for registration of the rules of “Legacy Vision Capital” Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “Legacy Vision Capital”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company,

 We decide: 

  1. Resume the 10-business-day period, suspended by virtue of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision (No. 1/36 A, dated February 5, 2025) for the registration of the Rules of “Legacy Vision Capital” Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “Legacy Vision Capital”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
