Registering the Changes to the Rules RL 1-003 “Qualification of and Cooperation with Experts and Repair Organizations in the Field of Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance” of “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau”, a Non-Governmental Organization

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 37 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Compulsory Insurance Against Civil Liability in Respect of the Use of Motor Vehicles”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 15, dated April 2, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau”, a Non-Governmental Organization, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 17, 2025 and March 13, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Register the changes introduced to the Rules RL 1-003 “Qualification of and Cooperation with Experts and Repair Organizations in the Field of Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance” of “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization, as approved under the Board Decision No. 3-L of January 30, 2025 of “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” NGO.
  2. This decision to enter into force 10 (ten) days following the implementation of the respective software application within the Armenian Single Window for Automotive (ASWA) system and a relevant notice thereof published on the official website of the “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization.
