 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9² (1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letters of request, dated February 13, 2025, February 26, 2025, March 10, 2025, and March 25, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide:

1. Remove Gurgen Ghukasyan from his registered role as Executive Director of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Georgi Mnatsakanyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. Register Georgi Mnatsakanyan into the role as Executive Director of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
4. Register Hakob Malkhasyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
5. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, or on the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, CJSC, in the prescribed manner.
