 Registering “Khanjyan” Branch Office of “AES Credit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 7 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 15, dated April 2, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of requests, dated March 7, 2025, March 26, 2025, and March 27, 2025, respectively, along with the documentation and deliverables, submitted by “AES Credit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Register the “Khanjyan” Branch Office of “AES Credit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
