GOVERNOR DECISION

 March 5, 2025 No. 1/70 A

 Registering the “Rules for the Operation and Use of the Mobile and Web Application” of the “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 180 (6) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 66 of Regulation 5/02 “Registration and Licensing of the Central Depository; Procedure for Seeking Preliminary Consent to Acquiring a Qualifying Holding in the Statutory Capital of the Central Depository; Rules, Method and Terms for Submitting the Business Plan” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 14-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 11, dated March 5, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by the “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 25, 2024 and on February 5, 2025,   

 We decide: 

  1. Register the “Rules for the Operation and Use of the Mobile and Web Application” of the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
