 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9² of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letter of request, dated March 3, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide:         

1. Remove Hovhannes Chamsaryan from his registered role as Executive Director of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
