 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Paragraph 201 (1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Field of Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;  

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 14, dated March 26, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with the document enclosed therewith, which “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on March 13, 2025,

        We decide: 

  1. Remove Lusine Amirkhanyan from her registered role as Head of Internal Audit within “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
