 GOVERNOR DECISION

       March 26, 2025  No. 1/94 A

 Resuming the 30-Business-Day Period Suspended in Connection with Reviewing the Application for Registering Irina Belysheva into the Role as Deputy Executive Director of   Alfasecurities”, a Limited Liability Company, and Registering Her into the Role as Deputy Executive Director

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 220 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Pursuant to the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/69, dated March 5, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Decision”); and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 14, dated March 26, 2025), and the letters of request, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “Alfasecurities”, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on January 20, 2025, February 11, 2025, and February 17, 2025,

 We decide: 

1. Resume the 30-business-day period, suspended by virtue of the Decision, for the review of the application for registering Irina Belysheva into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “Alfasecurities” Limited Liability Company.
2. Register Irina Belysheva into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “Alfasecurities” Limited Liability Company.
3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
