 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 92 (1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 146 and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and  

Considering the letters of request, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 13, 2025, February 26, 2025, and March 10, 2025,   

 We decide: 

  1. Remove Vardan Atayan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. Remove Mesrop Hakobyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  3. Remove Gohar Grigoryan from her registered role as Member of the Board of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  4. Register Boris Stepanyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  5. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
