 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Equiti AM”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company (Investment Company) 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 13, dated March 19, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “Equiti AM”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on March 3, 2025 and March 6, 2025,

  1. Register Alla Gegchiparyan into the role as Head of Internal Audit within “Equiti AM” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
