 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “EasyPay” Payment and Settlement Organization, a Limited Liability Company

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 22 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”, and Chapter 10 of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 285-N, dated October 25, 2011;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 13, dated March 19, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated March 6, 2025 and March 12, 2025, which “EasyPay” Payment and Settlement Organization, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove Sargis Gyurjyan from his registered role as Deputy Executive Director of “EasyPay” Payment and Settlement Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
  2. Register Armen Virabyan into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “EasyPay” Payment and Settlement Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
