GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering Changes and Supplements to the Rules RL 1-010 “Guarantee Fund Rules” of “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau”, a Non-Governmental Organization

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 37 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Compulsory Insurance Against Civil Liability in Respect of the Use of Motor Vehicles”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 13, dated March 19, 2025), and

Having examined the letter of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau”, a Non-Governmental Organization, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 26, 2024, January 24, 2025, and February 25, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Register the changes and supplements to the Rules RL 1-010 “Guarantee Fund Rules” as approved under the General Meeting of Members Decision No. 1-L of February 17, 2025 of “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon the day following the proper notification to “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization.
