Registering “Ashtarak” Representative Office of “Arfin” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company

 

 In view of Article 2 (3) and Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 7 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Chapter 5 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letters of request, along with the documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Arfin” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 20, 2025 and March 7, 2025, as well as the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 13, dated March 19, 2025),

 We decide: 

  1. Register the “Ashtarak” representative office of “Arfin” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
