Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9² of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and   

Considering the letters of request, along with the documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 27, 2025, March 7, 2025, and March 11, 2025,

 We decide:         

1. Remove Hrayr Norik Sahakyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Remove Harutyun Zhora Hovhannisyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. Register Victoria Viktor Ter-Sargisova into the role as Member of the Board of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
4. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
