 Granting Consent to the General Terms and Conditions for Lending to be Provided by “Gnuni Gravatun” Pawnshop, a Limited Liability Compan

 

 In view of Article 2 (3) and Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 5 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Pawnshops and the Pawnshop Activity”, and

Having examined the general Terms and Conditions for lending to be provided by the “Gnuni Gravatun” Pawnshop, a Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Pawnshop”), which was submitted by the Pawnshop to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 27, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Grant a consent to the General Terms and Conditions for lending to be provided by the “Gnuni Gravatun” Pawnshop Limited Liability Company, as submitted by the Pawnshop to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 27, 2025.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
