 GOVERNOR DECISION

 March 19, 2025 No. 1/83 A

 Introducing Changes to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision No. 1/64A, dated February 26, 2025

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and

Whereas there arose a need to clarify the circumstance that the changes introduced to the rules registered under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision (No. 1/64A, dated February 26, 2025) on “Registering the Changes to the Rules of “Glocal Pre-IPO Fund”, a Non-Public, Closed-End, Contractual Investment Fund of “Glocal”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company” are due to the change in the brand name of the Fund,

 We decide: 

1. Replace the expression “Glocal Pre-IPO Fund” in the title of the decision and the expression “Pre-IPO Fund” in the preamble of the decision with the expression “Pre-IPO (One) Fund”, respectively.
2. Rewrite the operative clause 1 of the decision as follows: “Register the changes to the Rules of “Pre-IPO (One) Fund” Non-Public, Closed-End, Contractual Investment Fund of “Glocal” Closed Joint-Stock Company also in reference to the change in the brand name of the fund (the new brand name of the fund reading: “Pre-IPO (One) Fund” Non-Public, Closed-End, Contractual Investment Fund of “GLOCAL” Closed Joint Stock Company.”.
3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
