Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Aregak” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letters of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by “Aregak” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 23, 2025 and on March 4, 2025,  

 We decide: 

  1. Register Arsen Arman Quchukyan into the role as Member of the Executive Board of “Aregak” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. Register Vahagn Samvel Saribekyan into the role as Member of the Executive Board of “Aregak” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
