 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Armeconombank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Field of Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 12, dated March 12, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by “Armeconombank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 17, 2025 and on March 11, 2025,

        We decide: 

  1. Register Hakob Matevosyan into the role as Member of the Executive Board of, and as a person responsible for performing a risk management function within, “Armeconombank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
