Removing the “Sevan” and “Kapan” Branch Offices of “New Horizon” Universal Credit Organization Under Liquidation, a Limited Liability Company, from Registration

  

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 7 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 12, dated March 12, 2025), and the letter of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by “New Horizon” Universal Credit Organization under Liquidation, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 3, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove the “Sevan” and “Kapan” Branch Offices of “New Horizon” Universal Credit Organization under Liquidation, a Limited Liability Company, from registration.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
