Suspending the 30-Business-Day Period for Reviewing the Application for Registration of Irina Belysheva as Deputy Executive Director of “Alfa Securities”, a Limited Liability Company

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 220 (1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 21 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 11, dated March 5, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by “Alfa Securities”, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on January 20, 2025, February 11, 2025, and February 17, 2025, 

          We decide: 

  1. Suspend the 30-business-day period established for reviewing the application for registration of Irina Belysheva as Deputy Executive Director of “Alfa Securities” Limited Liability Company in order to clarify certain facts as requested by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
