Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Lendmark Capital”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company (Investment Company)

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 11, dated March 5, 2025), and the letter of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by “Lendmark Capital”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 17, 2025 and on February 27, 2025,

                                                                                                                                                                            

          We decide: 

  1. Register Yevgenia Hayriyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Lendmark Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
