Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Velox” Credit Union, a Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letters of request, along with the documents and deliverables, submitted by “Velox” Credit Union, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on January 27, 2025 and on February 20, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Register Smbat Saroyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Velox” Credit Union Limited Liability Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
