GOVERNOR DECISION

 March 3, 2025   No. 1/66 A

 Registering the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for Bonds Issued by “ACBA Bank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company  

 Whereas on February 25, 2025 “Agricultural Cooperative Bank of Armenia–ACBA Bank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for registering a supplement to the program prospectus for coupon bonds registered under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/135A, dated April 10, 2024, along with all the documents and deliverables, which is required for registration of a prospectus in accordance with the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market” and subject to the normative legal act of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia;

By virtue of what is written above; and

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,

 We decide:  

1. Register the supplement to the Program Prospectus as provided by “Agricultural Cooperative Bank of Armenia–ACBA Bank” Open Joint-Stock Company for coupon bonds and registered under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/125A, dated April 10, 2024.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day following its signing.
