 GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for Bonds Issued by “Armenia Economy Development Bank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

Whereas on February 17, 2025 “Armenia Economy Development Bank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for registering a supplement to the program prospectus for nominal, coupon bonds registered under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/234A, dated June 19, 2024, along with all the documents and deliverables, which is required for registration of a prospectus in accordance with the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Statements of Reporting Issuers” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 68-N, dated March 11, 2008;

By virtue of what is written above; and

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,

 We decide:      

1. Register the supplement to the Program Prospectus as provided by “Armenia Economy Development Bank” Open Joint-Stock Company for nominal, coupon bonds and registered under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Governor Decision No. 1/234A, dated June 19, 2024.
2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Armenia Economy Development Bank” Open Joint-Stock Company or on the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of “Armenia Economy Development Bank” Open Joint-Stock Company, in the prescribed manner.
