 Turning Down the Registration of the Supplements to the Rules RL 1-003 “Qualification of and Cooperation with Experts and Repair Organizations in the Field of Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance” of “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau”, a Non-Governmental Organization

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 37 (2) and (5) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Compulsory Insurance Against Civil Liability in Respect of the Use of Motor Vehicles”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 9, dated February 26, 2025), and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau”, a Non-Governmental Organization, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on December 26, 2024, January 27, 2025, and February 4, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Turn down the registration of the supplements to the Rules RL 1-003 “Qualification of and Cooperation with Experts and Repair Organizations in the Field of Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance” of “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization, as approved under the Board Decision No. 36-L of December 19, 2024 of “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon the day following the proper notification to “Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau” Non-Governmental Organization.
