Removing the Manager of “General Asset Management”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, from Registration

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 61 (1) (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 9, dated February 26, 2025), and

Having examined the letters of request, dated February 11, 2025 and February 18, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “General Asset Management”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove Yevgenia Hayriyan from her registered role as Head of Internal Audit within “General Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “General Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company or on the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of “General Asset Management” Closed Joint-Stock Company, in the prescribed manner.
