 Removing the “Amiryan” Branch Office of “G & A” Universal Credit Organization”, a Limited Liability Company, from Registration

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 7 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Chapter 8 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letter of request, dated February 19, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “G & A” Universal Credit Organization”, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove the “Amiryan” Branch Office of “G & A” Universal Credit Organization” Limited Liability Company from registration.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “G & A” Universal Credit Organization” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of “G & A” Universal Credit Organization” Limited Liability Company, in the prescribed manner.
