 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Fido Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26 (1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 7, dated February 19, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request submitted by “Fido Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on January 31, 2025,

         We decide: 

  1. Remove Zaruhi Asatryan from her registered role as Chief Accountant of “Fido Invest” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
