 GOVERNOR DECISION

   February 19, 2025 No. 1/53 A

 Registering the “Alaverdi” Branch Office of “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

         In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 28 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Chapter 6 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 7, dated February 19, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated February 3, 2025 and February 13, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,     

 We decide: 

1. Register the “Alaverdi” Branch Office of “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
