 Suspending the 10-Business-Day Period for Registration of the Rules of “Legacy” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “Legacy Management”, a Limited Liability Company

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 112 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 7, dated February 19, 2025); and  

Having examined the letter of request, along with all the required documentation and deliverables, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on February 11, 2025 for registration of the Rules of “Legacy” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “Legacy Management”, a Limited Liability Company,

 We decide: 

  1. Suspend the 10-business-day period for registration of the Rules of “Legacy” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “Legacy Management” Limited Liability Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Legacy Management” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of “Legacy Management” Limited Liability Company, in the prescribed manner.
