On the Registration of the “Republic” Branch of “Evocabank” CJSC

In view of Clause “e¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 4 of Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking”, Chapter 6 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission; Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking Activity” approved under Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12.04.2005, taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 6 of 12.02.2025), and the applications and attached documents submitted by “Evocabank” CJSC on 27.12.2024, 14.01.2025 and 03.02.2025,

I decide:

1. To register the “Republic” Branch of “Evocabank” CJSC.
2. This decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
