On the Registration of Changes in the Composition of Managers of “Apricot Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company (Investment Company)

In view of Clause “e¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 221 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market”, Clauses 20 and Sub-clause 1 of Clause 26 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for qualification of heads of persons providing investment services, the operator, the central depository and natural persons providing investment services, criteria for professional compliance and the procedure for registration” approved under Decision No. 15-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15.01.2008, taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 6 of 12.02.2025), and the applications and attached documents submitted by “Apricot Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 19.12.2024, 15.01.2025, 31.01.2025 and 03.02.2025,

I decide:

1. To remove Astghik Avetisyan from registration as Head of Internal Audit of “Apricot Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. To register Roza Badalyan as Head of Internal Audit of “Apricot Capital” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
